All of our 230 king or double-bedded guest rooms feature floor-to-ceiling glass sliding doors, which open to a private step-out balcony. Most rooms feature magnificent views of the Space Needle or city skyline. Rooms also feature Italian marble bathrooms, wet bar with minibar or refrigerator, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, in-room safe, movie and games system and designer bath amenities.

The Warwick Seattle Hotel is conveniently located in downtown Seattle, bordering south of the lively Belltown neighbourhood, boasting some of the city's most popular restaurants and live music clubs. The hotel is two blocks from the monorail station, 90 seconds from the Seattle Center, home of the Space Needle, Experience Music Project, Seattle Opera, Pacific Science Center and Key Arena.

The Warwick Seattle Hotel is situated within walking distance from the famous Pike Place Market, historic waterfront and ferry terminals, Seattle Aquarium and Bell Harbor cruise ship terminal, and four blocks away from world-class shopping at Nordstrom, Macys, two multi-level retail and entertainment malls: Westlake Center and Pacific Place and six blocks to the Washington State Convention and Trade Center.

The Warwick Seattle Hotel has 12 rooms designed for disabled guests. Each room features one king bed and the regular amenities as described above, with a refrigerator instead of a minibar, and there is no wet bar. The bathroom features bars around the toilet and inside the bathtub, and three of these rooms feature a roll-in shower (one of these rooms is on a smoking floor). Due to space limitations, it is not possible to put a roll-away bed inside this room. It can, however, interconnect with another king-bedded room. These three rooms face south (city view).
