Comment: The hotel is conviently located 30 yards away from Sunset strip and 2 blocks from the famous Riverwalk. The room consisted of a mini frig, microwave, king bed, view of the strip. Price was good for its location. Great times.

Comment: This was a very clean and cozy hotel. The outside of the hotel is very deceiving because it looks old but the inside is newly remodeled. The breakfast buffet was great and very convenient. The rooms were large and well accommodating. The hotel staff was very helpful and inviting to visit with. The Riverwalk is about a 10 minute walk away and there is a lighted walk way if returning at night. The only thing that we really didn?t care for was that the train station is very close so you can hear it at night. We will stay here again!

Comment: People were nice sheets kept coming off the edges of bed. When checking out they tried to charge more money then what you quoted. Thankfully I had a print out of the cost and they deducted some money. We were shocked at the added 20.00 in taxes they charged us on the room each day

Comment: The hotel is on the fringe of downtown, within reasonable walking distance but just barely. All but one of the staff was very accommodating, others very friendly. The room was very clean and comfortable. It's not very convenient to restaurants, so it would be nice if it had a full service restaurant rather than serving breakfast only ($2.95). You're almost forced to buy the breakfast tickets for the sake of convenience. There's a trolley stop just up the street which is very convenient. This hotel was very quiet inside, and the trains didn't bother me outside. Overall a pleasant stay.

Comment: This Best Western is in terrific condition and a short walk to the convention center. The rates are reasonable given the excellent condition. And the staff is very friendly. Although next to a freeway, no sound intrusion. Only the nearby train horns were loud. Expect an area in transition with improvements coming.

Comment: We had a great stay. Managers happy hour is no more, were disappointed in that. the location is great, only a short walk to downtown.Able to park car on hotel property. There is some train noise if you are a light sleeper this may bother you. Right next to a Ruth Chris steak house Great steak.
