Comment: My daughter and I spent a week at the Hyatt this summer. While I attended class at UT, she enjoyed the pool, health club and hiking trail. The staff are friendly and helpful, the newly remodeled rooms are beautiful and the food is great. We are looking forward to visiting the Hyatt again in December.

Comment: My husband and I stayed at the Hyatt while my son attended orientation at UT. Our stay was very comfortable. We will definitely stay again in a couple of weeks when we officially move our son into his dorm at UT.

Comment: Really clean, comfortable and close to everything. Can walk to several attractions and the hotel has tours, bike rentals, and other things to do from there.

Comment: The renovated rooms are really nice and the bed was so very comfortable. The location was great as well. We loved the lake view from our room.

Comment: Newly remodeled, nice finish out in lobby and rooms, except for the shower tiles. ( I guess they cut costs on the remodel by not updating the shower tiles. Not a huge deal, but disappointing for a Hyatt.) Overall, the hotel was nice and the stay was pleasant. My one complaint is that the bathroom was not clean when I checked in, but this was taken care of quickly by the housekeeping staff.
