Comment: I have stayed in over 15 hotels/motels this past year and this is no doubt the nicest experience I've had. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The rooms, grounds and entire facility were spotless! The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable and even the shower was amazing with some new type of shower head. The location, across the alley from Harry and David, and one block off the freeway (without the noise) was perfect. My mom and I agreed we would highly recommend this hotel.

Comment: Hotel was over all quiet. It has easy highway access. The pool was not very clean and the birds nested above the hot tub dive-bombed people (literally attacking people). We were not told about contennential breakfast although we stayed there for 3 nights.
