Falcons Crest Inn, a 6500 square-foot elegant and intimate mountain chalet-style Inn is only 54 miles east of Portland, Oregon. Hospitality, excellent food and personal service has earned the Inn inclusion in the books 'Northwest Best Places', Best Places to Kiss, Fodors Travelguide and the spring 2003 edition of Arringtons Inn Traveler. Enjoy a spectacular view of the local mountain ranges and recreational areas from the two-story picture window front of the inn. There are thousands of skiable acres on Mt. Hood - miles of groomed runs, long gliding slopes, but also steep challenges. There is generally an abundance of snow and night skiing is available. Timberline Ski Area offers year around ski/snowboarding, and is the only resort in North America that can boast that!
