Comment: I was in the area for a place to stay while I was finding a home to move to in KDH. The staff were very friendl and helpful. My kids loved the make-your-own waffles in the morning.

Comment: The staff @ Comfort Inn were incredible. We had stayed 1 night at a hotel down the road. It was disgusting. I called Comfort Inn and they said to come by and take a look at their rooms. Needless to say, we were packing our bags PRONTO. They went so far as to check us in @ 9:15 am AND let our kids grab some breakfast from the buffet. The beach access and pool were great. We will definitly stay here again!

Comment: This is a nice hotel and just what I would expect from a Comfort Suites. The hotel was right on the beach with it's own beach access. The clerk at the front desk was very polite and helpful in recommending good local restaurants and activities.

Comment: While the staff was wonderful and the room clean, our a/c never took the dampness out of the air resulting in all of the fabrics being damp. I adjusted the a/c several times during the night to eliminate the dampness but the clammieness remainded. I told the front desk at checkout. And received a smile and nothing more. Aside from the a/c the hotel is okay for a beach visit. The pool was sandy. Breakfast needs improving.

Comment: Hotel room was musty and toilet was stopped up,. Was told by Night staff that if we wanted plunger to fix toilet the we had to go to desk and retreive it. Cleaning staff were very couteous, they would repeatedly know on our door, until spouse would decline service...ni do not disturb signs available. After the 3rd dayi she was nice enugh to phone room and ask.

Comment: I am unable to get wireless in the room, the room is dark and damp. The AC in the room was loud and didn't keep the dampness out. There is a microwave and refrigerator in the room.The staff is friendly and the breakfast is great. The lobby is very nice. The elevator is slow and hot.

Comment: The hotel is on the beach side of the road, a plus but the room was not very clean. Our room had several large stains on the carpet from water or some other liquid?? The bathroom left much to be desired in the way of cleanliness as well, as the walls were dirty and looked moldy. The room felt damp and just dirty. The air conditioner was very loud. All of this may be due to the fact this is an old hotel. Renovating may help. I would not spend the money on this hotel again.

Comment: Beware of this hotel. We had to be moved twice because of the following: mildewed and wet carpet, foul smell, dark spot on carpet, roach on the floor. The customer service was also bad. Did not offer us anything for our inconvinience. Called customer service upon my return home. They offered me $10.00 in coupons. This hotel is not for professionals or a family.
