Comment: overall, i would highly recommend this hotel. the service was flawless and was very welcomed by the staff. i came down with a cold during my stay and one of the front desk agents actually noticed and sent me up some chicken soup and kleenex. what a great touch !! parking is not included in the rate...as it isn't at any of the downtown hotels.

Comment: this stay was the best ever my husband planned a nite for just the two of us and the bed was just "heavenly" the security and friendliness was above and beyond. the view of the city sky line was breath taking!! i will never forget this night and hope to stay again very soon!!! in the heart of downtown and walking distance to everything!!

Comment: we stayed with our one year daughter. they gave us a westin kid club packet upon arrival, supplied a crib, and a refrig for her milk. everyone was super nice to us and our daughter.
