Comment: A trip to NY was a present to my wife, and I wanted everything to go well. The staff here were fantastic. The location has to be the best. The room we ended up with had a great view. I could wish for a bigger room, but I wouldn't trade this experience for anything. Thank you.

Comment: Enjoyed our stay. Rooms were roomy, clean and had a great view as well as being in a great location. Would recommend this hotel although it is a little pricey, the location, cleanliness and staff make it worth while.

Comment: Great location, convenient,safe, and staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and big for the low price that I paid for (King Deluxe room). The hotel has made our 1st time in NYC an experience that'll last us a life time. Hotel is awesome. A guard by the elevator @ nite really make us feel safe. Take advantage of the louge and bar. You're also right on Broadway and time square, 2 blocks to Rockerfeller Center and 5th Ave. Hotel was so close that we shop then drop our bags off at the hotel and continue shopping. I had a great time staying here.

Comment: Had a wonderful trip to NYC, we went to catch 3 shows on Broadway and the Crowne Plaza could not have been any better of a location for shows, resturants and sightseeing. Room was clean and recently remodeled. Only minor negitives were a slow running drain in the tub and the escalator in the lobby was down all three days.

Comment: Had an awesome time in NYC. Hotel was located within walking distance of shows and many other attractions. Would definitley return. The staff was exceptional. Can't wait till our next trip.

Comment: I took my 15 yr old daughter on a shopping trip to NY over this past weekend. This motel was the greatest. Super view of Times Square. Convenient to everything! Love the views from room and the location. Very clean, great room service, very nice hospitality crew.

Comment: I tried to book a room using my rewards nights so my girlfriends and i could come shopping.. the site said there were no rooms available. My husband called the hotel directly and spoke to the reservations manager and he took care of everything!! Nice job!! Had a great stay. This was our 5th time here.. won't stay anywhere else!!

Comment: Not having any idea where to stay in NYC and only really using the hotel location and the reviews is how we made our decision and we're very pleased with the results! We had a corner room on the 33rd floor overlooking Times Square and it was spectacular! Especially for the kids who have never seen the city lights like that before! It was the perfect location and a wonderful staff, would definately stay again.

Comment: This hotel was an ideal location for our family spring break vacation. we were close to everything!! primarily we walked everywhere (time square, broadway, 5th ave, central park, greenwich village, soho....) we were able to access the subway for the statue of liberty/ellis island tour without any problems. we felt safe everywhere. hotel staff were very helpful. the hotel's executive level was ideal for our family!! the sport centerwas great. kids o.k. w/ swim lane - we didn't have tons of down time so this was perfect.

Comment: This hotel was great! The staff was extremely friendly and everyone was very helpful. I received a corner room with Broadway and city views that was roomy and clean.I have stayed at several NYC hotels, this is my favorite.Try the Roxy Deli one block away-pricey but worth it.

Comment: Hotel had awesome view on Times Square and the hotel put us in an "Executive Room" which allowed us FREE dinner apps and free breakfast for nothing, It was very nice on the 46th floor where the Royal room is that we had access to and you are at the top of the Hotel is was a great room for the price I got! Highly recommend this hotel, it is close to everything. The hotel is very clean and the onlcy thing is the bathrooms needed a little updating.

Comment: This hotel features all the things you need for a great trip to New York. The location is excellent and close to so much. The rooms are very comfortable, well appointed, clean and well maintained. The staff is helpful and friendly. I will stay there on my next trip to New York.

Comment: THIS WAS OUR FIRST VISIT TO NY AND WE LOVED IT. THIS HOTEL WAS LOCATED VERY CLOSE TO EVERYTHING WE HAD PLANNED. THE STAFF IS VERY HELPFUL-WE DID NEED HELP-AND THE ROOM WAS LARGER THAN WE EXPECTED AFTER READING OTHER REVIEWS OF OTHER NY HOTELS. WE WOULD RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL & WE WOULD NOT HESITATE TO BOOK THERE AGAIN.

Comment: My 1st time in NYC. As other have said on here, location, location, location. The rooms were kept clean for the whole visit. Furniture and carpet were worn and could use replacement. A good experience and would use stay the Crowne for a return trip.

Comment: Whilst the location is fantastic, the staff on check-in and out were less than I would expect for a high $ per night hotel. I travel a lot, and found them just so busy, the service was very functional and impersonal, not what I expect from quite a well known hotel chain
