Comment: The hotel is the perfect place if you want a simple, clean, convenient place to stay. The buffet breakfast was great and the people who worked in the hotel couldn't have been nicer.

Comment: We very much enjoyed our recent stay at Club Quarters Downtown. The staff was friendly and very helpful. Our room was clean and tidy. We felt secure. The motel was a convenient location (10 minute walk) since we were visiting our son and his wife who live in the financial district.

Comment: Club Quarters is clean, efficient, and well located in Manhattan. The rooms are smallish but well laid out. It's an easy walk to Chinatown, South Street Seaport, and Little Italy, and just a little farther to Soho. Weekend onstreet parking is safe, if you are lucky enough to find a spot. The only problem we had was a poor TV.

Comment: Great hotel. Small rooms but most hotel rooms in NYC are tiny. Great location next to subway and near WTC and Fulton St. Close to Midtown. Will definitely stay here again especially for the price and style combined.

Comment: I had a great time at the Club Quarters Hotel. The room was a little small but clean and the bed was really comfortable. I would stay at this hotel again.

Comment: i personally thought the hotel was nice, its in a nice part of NYC and in walking distance to tourist attractions on the south end of manhatten, such as ground zero,and the statue of liberty, about 2 or 3 blocks from the nyse. if i go back i will try and stay here

Comment: I was concerned at first after reading the other comments. We had a nice corner room, spacious by European standards and comparable in size to a small US motel chain. For the price, it was perfect. We were less than a block from the 2 line. Very convenient. We will likely choose this hotel again if the price is right. It is a little hard to get to with the one way streets but what isn't in the Financial district. We walked to Ground Zero, Trinity and Century 21.

Comment: It's a business hotel, but pretty comfortable (at least my corner room was). Shower - no tub, and front of steel sink fell off, but slipped right back in place. But who goes to NYC to hang out in the room anyway? Subway is a block away, so you can get everywhere. Desk staff was friendly but maid was rude although she did a good job. Water St. has cheap eats and is very close. $28 taxi from LGA. Iron and board are in closet in hallway, not in room. Unlimited coffee.

Comment: The hotel was clean, comfortable and close to everything in Lower Manhattan. Hotel staff were helpful. Self-checkout was a nice feature for a single traveler on the go. Free internet access in lobby was also helpful.

Comment: Club Quarters Downtown is ideally located within walking distance of Fulton Street Fish Market, Staten Island and Governor's Island (Statue of Liberty), ferries, Trinity Church, Ground Zero, and subways to everywhere. The hotel is quiet, clean, smartly furnished and provides free Internet service in lobby to all guests. This is one of the most economical and nicest hotels to suit most any traveler. The staff were friendly and knowledgable.
