Comment: I've now stayed at this resort twice, once with family, once with a group of friends. Large casino hotel right next door offers all amenities you may wish. Rooms at Grandview are excellent, spacious and fully appointed. Prices are excellent. I've recommend this place several times and everyone's been happy.

Comment: The resort is located on the south end of the strip. It is near the outlets. The resort has a full kitchen-plates/pots, coffee/ stove/mircrowave/washer & dryer. We could sleep in and not have to leave for the maid service. The room is also equipped dishwasher. We didn't have to get dress to go out for breakfast. The resort have a midweek service for people that stay more than six days. There is a food 4 less couple of blocks. We always travel with our children, so this was ideal.

Comment: The service from check in, to check out was great (friendly, no waits, etc.) The room (suite) was great, enjoyed the jacuzzi tub. We went on Memorial weekend and were happy to be about 10 minutes from the stip, which was packed. We were able to drive in from back routes to avoid the traffic on the Strip (which was at a standstill). Hung out at the pools and had a great stay (we added another night to our stay).

Comment: We had a great experience with our 2 nights at the Grandview. The staff was very friendly and personable and we enjoyed our stay. We will definitely come back for our next trip.

Comment: as owners at the grandview we always find it a relaxing holiday, the only small gripe is the car parking is a pain if you leave your spot its hard to park up again later, and a car is needed with the location being about 5 miles from the strip. but apart from that we have no complaints, everything is there home from home, beats just a hotel room any day.

Comment: Perfect-away but close enough to everything. Kids loved it for the pool & activity center/game room-loved the kitchen/tub/washer/dryer in room-close to new casino w/great buffett

Comment: Spotlessly clean, spacious, well appointed, has a Jacuzzi, full size refrigerator, range and dishwasher and stack washer/dryer. Way, way south of the strip...but north of resort, lots of shopping, restaurants, etc. The buildings are a bit like a drum...you'll hear things, but the noise didn't interfere with sleep...currently construction on-going, so construction noise during weekdays from dawn until....and there will be at least an attempt to get you to attend a time-share pitch.

Comment: I assume this place is not very old yet, but there should be a restraunt of some sort there. We stayed for two nights and had to eat on the strip for all meals, unlessyou realy want to cook for yourself, but I have a BBQer at hme already. The store located on the premises was only open to 8 PM
