Comment: First impressions don't count, since the room was clean, spacious and the air con worked. The food was good and freshly cooked, ideal price conscious travellers stop. Although downtown it was close to the Fremont Street Experience and a bus ride to the famous casinos

Comment: front desk help not rude, but not helpful. bathroom needed desperate repairs. the tub caulking was rusty, ventilation not adequet. floor not sweep or mopped. breadspreads had burns and holes. req non smoking, they didnt have.

Comment: Wouldn't go back. Front desk service was interesting to say the least. I really would have liked a TV WITH a remote and more than 4 channels. Suggest using spell check on professional papers, didnt know Roast Beef Of Ham existed. Bath Tub flooded while showering. Windows were VERY unsafe. General area and people unsetteling with people talking to trees outside.

Comment: There is now way that this is a 4 star hotel/casino. The place was dirty and smelly. I guess the saying is true you do get what you pay for. Wow! The place had vagrants spilling in late at night and hitting on customers. Would not recommend staying there until they clean this hotel up. They had customers complaining of clogged drains and the carpet in the room was dirty. Made you wonder when the comforters were last washed. Yuk! We will stay on the strip next time.
