Comment: The 1st room on the bottom floor had roaches in the kitchen cabinet or some kind of insects. Room on 2nd floor was fine.

Comment: Don't even no where to start. How was this place ever rated a 3 star???? Give me a break. This is a dump! Stunk, cable for my laptop did not work. They sent the janitor to fix it & he said, "i don't know anything about computers". There is nothing good about this place.

Comment: Shuttle was hit & miss. Housekeeping did not come for 3 days. Hotel in Red Light District and not safe after dark per employees. Bathtub Broken, AC/Heat fan so noisy you could not sleep, Construction being done at 8:00 am on Saturday
