Comment: The people were very nice. The rooms were clean and comfortable. My kids liked the pool, but would have liked a hot tub also. Overall, very good place to stay.

Comment: This hotel was exceptional in customer service, the cleanliness of the rooms, and the large continental breakfast. However, the elevator was out of service for several hours. This was quite an inconvenience. Other than that problem, the stay was extremely nice. I highly recommend this hotel !

Comment: I don't like to stay at Amerisuites because of thier beds, always hard as a rock. you would think with the price they charge Amerisuites could invest in comfortable beds. The shower was not traditional and had poor drainage. Other than that it was a beautiful room and had all amenities needed.

Comment: The hotel was very nice. The room itself was very nice except that the beds were very hard and uncomfortable. The tub we got was not throughly clean. Other than that we enjoyed our stay very much.
