Comment: We visit New Orleans often and this is the first and last time we will stay at the Embassy Suites. The hotel staff was not at all hospitable. The location is not great. The breakfast is poor when compared to New Orleans standards. The fold-out sofa bed was so uncomfortable that we had someone sleeping on the floor. Our room was missing a remote and we were unable to order in-room movies because of "technical problems". A car alarm went off all night both nights of our visit. Traffic noises from the nearby Huey P Long bridge is loud at night and carries over into the rooms. AND the hotel staff accused us of stealing a blanket - and they were rude when we informed them that it was our blanket.
