Comment: Great hotel. The rooms were very nice and clean. 1 block off of Bourbon. Didnt think it would be as quiet as it was. Staff was wonderful. Breakfest buffet was overpiced but there are many locations to eat close to the hotel. If you like to shop during the day and hit Bourbon at night this is the best location you can ask for. I will stay there again every time I come to town.

Comment: New Orleans is one of our favorite cities to visit. We enjoy staying at different hotels but we will absolutely be staying at the Bourbon Orleans again. Staff was very pleasant. The nightlife of the club next door did wake us, as did the traffic in the hallway, but it wasn't unbearable. I would still request the same room because of the courtyard area that our room opened onto.

Comment: the hotel is beautiful - it far exceeded any website pictures i found. our room was luxurious with our own private balcony. the noise from bourbon st. can be annoying late at night, but otherwise i would highly suggest this hotel and i would recommend it to my friends and family, as well as stay there again myself.

Comment: The hotel was in a great location. Close to alot of exciting sites. The accomodations were superb, hotel very clean - staff very pleasant and helpful. The suite was very roomy and well decorated with elegance! I will book there again!!!

Comment: The staff and service at the hotel were great! We had a great time watching the Saints go 3-0, and the city was alive. I would recommend this hotel to anyone coming here for business or pleasure.

Comment: We absolutely love new orleans and the historic french quarter. We have stayed at several local hotels in historic buildings, this one was by far one of the better ones. It was absolutely quaint and fabulous with beautiful details and amenities. Not on Bourbon Street, so not the level of noise as with others directly on Bourbon. yet it is conncected to Bourbon via it's hotel bar, which is pretty great in and of itself.

Comment: We booked our trip thru Travelocity. They upgraded us to a suite at the Bourbon Orleans. They were absolutely perfect. Everyone at this hotel was very helpful when we needed help. Cleanliness superb, food convenience was excellent. We would definitely stay at the Bourbon Orleans again. NO complaints at all!

Comment: Bourbon Orleans has an excellent location- right in the French Quarter (not right on Bourbon either). The delux room was small but`the decor is elegant if bland in the traditional hotel sense. The bathrooms are a bit outdated and rather dark, but spacious. The greatest complaint was cleanliness (dirty mugs, hair). The air did not circulate well and smelled quite stale. The housekeepers were very friendly (albeit the receptionist was not). Still a great value!

Comment: The hotel itself was in walking distance to anything you'd want to do in NO. It was beautiful and the staff was very helpful. The only thing I can warn against is be careful where your room is... Bourbon street is loud regardless of day or time of year.

Comment: This lovely old hotel in the middle of the French Quarter offers everything a traveler might want. The spacious room with two double beds, a marble bath and view of the courtyard was very quiet. The staff was pleasant and helpful. My only criticism is of the attire of the outdoor staff who wore black pants, jackets and knitted caps instead of uniforms befitting this fine hotel.

Comment: This was our second stay at this wonderful hotel. The first time I give 5 stars, the only flaw this time was houskeeping carts in halls and the noise level by houskeeping. Not terribly bad though, still a great stay. Excellant service, nice rooms, perfect location

Comment: We found the hotel charming. The staff was very nice and helpful, but he noise was unbearable. We did not sleep the entire night. Also, the beds are very uncomfortable. Great place for those wanting to be a part of the action.
