Comment: Right in the middle of town. Within easy walking distance to AmericasMart/Apparel Mart. Many close restaurants to choose great food. Person at check in was slow and confused. Kept apologizing. Expected better at front desk.

Comment: I traveled with my wife & 15 year old daughter. We were told our room would have two double beds. The beds were really closer to twins and were too small. I found out after the fact that other rooms had appropriate sized double beds. Felt the hotel lost me in terms of customer service. Make sure to complain and then you might get what you had actually reserved!
