Comment: The hotel is currently under reconstruction. Besides that, customer relations is not really a key issue at the hotel. Internet Access, which is supposed to be wireless dosen't work that good. If you need support, no one can help you. If you are a technician yourself, you might be able to get a free upgrade into a old suite, which means a suite, that needs refurbishment.
