Comment: We go to Orlando at least once a year, occasionally twice, and this hotel is the best in which we have stayed off International Drive. The front desk staff is very friendly and knowledgable and the room was cleaned very well(they even rewashed the dishes I had already washed). We will be staying here again

Comment: Nice, Clean, and Comfortable Rooms. My wife and I have three boys (11, 8, & 2 yrs of age) and were visiting Universal Studios. Our room was spacious and he never felt like we were bumping into one another. The kitchen was a major plus...the refrigerator was full-size and brand new. The breakfast was very nice....however, eat early...the dining area quickly fills up and the staff had a difficult time replenshing the buffet before the serving trays were wiped clean again and again...If I were visting Universal and not staying at a Universal Park hotel ... I would stay here again.
