Comment: Having been to Orlando 3 times before, I found this hotel to be the worst my family has stayed in. The rooms were filthy, the pool area was not up to much and the location of the hotel was not suitable for families. The staff on reception were very rude and very unhelpful.

Comment: this hotel was a dirty filthy hole, and not fit for families to stay in, for one night let alone two weeks. Pool area is dangerous, location dangerous, and not enough safty deposit boxes available. staff could be more plesent and helpful. will not be back to this hotel

Comment: This was my first time to orlando, i went with my sister and her family who had been 5 times before, but after staying at this hotel whitch was filthy and had animals fouling all over the place. The rooms were all in a bad way. This has put me off ever going back to Orlando Florida.
