Comment: Huge pool located in center courtyard with nice big Jacuzzi next to it. It's just a nice place. No complaints. In facat, check in is at 4pm, Thelet u check in at noon.

Comment: These reviews make this place sound like a dump. Yes it's not a 4 star hotel, but I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. Rooms were clean, had plenty of Hot Water even with 2 people taking a shower every morning. The transportaion to the parks are great. Staff was very friendly, would stay here again in the future.

Comment: Great location! Rooms are clean but older.You can't get a better place. I-ride stop is right outside and shuttle to Universal.The road noise on the outside top floor can be annoying.

Comment: service was great,the pool was great and the rooms were good ,great location right in the middle of everything, a shuttle right across the street to travel up and down international drive also free transportation service to many of the local attractions a great place to stay and resonable rooms were clean and basic we would stay ther again

Comment: the staff at best western were really nice and helpful with directions, and the two pools were great, though people tended to stay up to about midnight or so hanging out at the pools. The rooms were'nt four star but definitly adaquate, we had fun! Great maid service.

Comment: Had four -4 story bldgs all separated from lobby, and fairly far apart. Had to walk past 2 bldgs or around the outdoor pool to get to lobby (wet area). Pool locked certain hours causing longer route. All rooms faced outside, noisy as no one around to monitor noise. Housekeeping was very minimal, never refreshed coffee service in 4 nights there.

Comment: I must admit I didn't enter this hotel with high hopes knowing what i paid for it. But it still managed to dissapoint. The rooms were always very clean and the pool was nice but the hotel staff was just awful. Very rude and indifferent. Probably because I'm younger they felt they could treat me with disrespect. Would not go back. Ever.

Comment: My family and I were disappointed with the condition of our hotel room floor. My wife and I had to find an all night store the first night and purchase a can of Lysol spray to held eliminate the musty odor in the room. We also realized that the carpet has molds / mildew and the room had a musty order.

Comment: Place was really pretty nice, esp. for the price, even better with Mastercard tie-in. Located in middle of "the Strip". Easy walk to many places. Heated pool made fall visit worth it. Save your money for the parks.

Comment: Shower had hot water sometimes, sometimes not... Wirless internet did not work in our rooms (we had two), but did out by the pool (not best environment for a laptop). The rooms served there purpose, wasn't there much. The price was right.

Comment: rug was there too long, TV didn't work. room service didn't leave any toilet paper. hot tub was luke warm. $2.50 daily charge (extra).

Comment: The room was spacious, location is great, response is fast but no more positive staff to add. The bathtub had the finish peeling off, room was VERY dirty, NO internet access in the room...

Comment: The only room I have ever stayed in that did not have hot water for a shower & the staff knew of the problem . Also a non smoking room was freshly painted & the smell was overwhelming. Wrecked the Disney vacation
