Comment: EVERY TIME I GO TO KEY WEST I WILL BE STAYING AT THE RADISSON BECAUSE IT FEELS LIKE HOME AND I AM AT PEACE WHEN I SLEEP. I JUST LOVE THIS HOTEL.

Comment: Room was clean, bug free, smelled fresh - crisp white down comorters. Great view of the beautiful pool from the 5th floor. The concierge was awesome -she booked our excursion, gave us dining advice. No shuttle, but trolley tour two doors down at welcome center - worth the $ - see the sights, hear history, get off/on at your leisure to tour museums, etc. (you pay for one complete trip around the island). Rode the trolley two days, took cabs at night - no need to rent a car and search/pay for parking.

Comment: The hotel was great!! The staff was friendly and very helpful. The pool was open til midnight and we loved it. The boat trip we booked at the desk was great for kids and adults. Internet in the lobby was convienent. Denny's by the front door was open 24/7. Thanks for giving us a week of great memories.

Comment: It is really too bad that the disgusting condition of the carpets allowed what would have otherwise been a fabulous #5 rating fall all the way to a #3. The staff is excellent! The location was ok. The price was right. The carpets, however, were so dirty our feet turned BLACK within 5 minutes.

Comment: The room was clean and they had Sleep Number beds which were like heaven. The pool area was very nice and I like the little outside bar they had out there. Another thing I liked was the fitness center as I enjoy excercise. The only thing that was negative was waiting on the elevator. It would sometimes take up to 3 minutes to reach our floor.

Comment: Room was clean, linens crisp and soft. Without transporation, unable to walk to Duvall street where the action takes place. Room was very crowded with furniture. Beds are super twin! A bit small for two adults.

Comment: The room smelled like mildew. It looked like a circus with the spotted drapes and bedding to match. I stayed out of my room as much as possible to avoid the smell.

Comment: Absolutely the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The carpet was wet, the room smelled like feet + the dirtiest locker room you could imagine. The bed had scraggly, long black hairs in it. The toilet was stained with feces, and the shower covered with mildew. This is the first hotel I wore shower shoes in. Do not go here if you are looking for a romantic atmosphere. I would NEVER stay in this hotel ever again, not even if you paid me.

Comment: I booked the room as it was advertised either looking at the gulf or the pool. We could only see the roof of the awning. The room was very dirty, especially the carpet. There was mold/mildew all over the bathroom. The staff not at all friendly or helpful.

Comment: Room had fithy carpets, worn linnen, open soap, open shampoo ,A/C was vey loud and could not cool room, exersize room was filthy with stacks of used towels about,most machines were broken

Comment: We had a very nice looking room but it had roaches. I could not turn the lights off to sleep, therefore I stayed up the entire night.
