Comment: Location, location, location and this one has the best. The in-room HDTV, quality bedding materials are a bonus. Our room looked out on the gardens but never opened the drapes too far as it let in too much sun which would heat the room too much. We also sampled their restaurant, One Duval Street, and while it had good food, it was not GREAT food which one would have expected with the atmosphere and the prices. I would definately return to this property to stay again, but not the restaurant.

Comment: The Pierhouse truly is Key West-the location is fabulous,the service excellent,the rooms have always been wonderful,and what we enjoyed the most is the private beach and pool area-even though you're in the heart of the hustle and bustle of Duval st ,you're in alittle oasis of paradise! We can't wait for our next visit!

Comment: This hotel was beautiful and i would definitely stay here again. The room was so cute and decorated perfect for the keys. The rooms are private and the pool is great. It is also affordable and in the perfect location to walk everywhere.

Comment: great location, beautiful landscaping, nice atmosphere, wonderful staff. however, i believe the rooms could have used more amenities, like a refridgerator. everything offered was overpriced, from the $6 bottle of water to the $13 charge to listen to music for 90 minutes.... kind of ridiculous. but overall, great hotel!
