Comment: This motel is excellent for the price.It's located in a quiet area but you can easily walk or rent a moped to see everything! My parents are 80 and 67 and they were able to walk to Mallory square nightly... so its not to far.The pool is very clean and refreshing.The room was large and clean. The air conditioning worked and best of all there is FREE parking on site ! Staff is friendly and helpful. If and when we go back to Key West we will stay here again. If your on budget and want a clean, convenient place to stay to enjoy Key West you can't go wrong with chosing the Best Western Hibiscus.

Comment: The Best Western Hibiscus is an affordable, roomy, conveniently located property in Key West. The staff has always been friendly and informative in the past 3 years that I have visited. Though the pool can become a little crowded at times it is a great way to meet orther people. There is on site parking, close by restuarants and you are within easy walking distance of Old Town Key West. Great place to stay at an affordable price. This is not the Hilton, but I like it.

Comment: This place is in a great location. Close to the beach and close to the activities of Key West. The pool is nice, but on the small size for the amount of guests, so go early to get a chair! The room was nice for the price. The AC was loud, and the shower did run very hot and very cold at a moments notice, but the breakfast was reasonable. I would stay there again.

Comment: When I booked the hotel I told them we had 30 guys & would be out at the bars-coming in late. They said no problem!! Every morning they complained about us coming in late and making noise.Took our money but were nasty.
