Comment: This hotel, though no five star establishment, has won my heart after my many stays in San Francisco. For the price, you can't beat the AWESOME location, the accessible parking and the polite staff. I reccommend this for anyone visiting the city who doesn't care about all the bells ans whistles and just wants a great place to sleep during an exciting trip. ESPECIALLY IF YOU HAVE A CAR...you can't be the rate, security and accessiblity for those travelers who are driving.

Comment: A nice family friendly hotel with outdoor pool. Good location close to Ghirardelli Square and all Attractions of Fisherman's Wharf. The Holiday Inn Fisherman's Wharf has friendly staff and a good restaurant. Rooms are well furbished.

Comment: Great location for touring without a car. Located near cable car and bus lines. Close to Fishermans Wharf and their restaurants, and Ghirardelli Square. Picked up the 30 bus to Exploratorium easily.

Comment: It would have been nice to know about the parking fee of 32.00 a day. The pool is very small for the area it's in and no jaquzzi.

Comment: our stay was wonderful, the service great very positive. the only complaint (a big one) were the outragous charge to park in their garage, I knew there would be a fee but not $32.00 a day outragous. They also let the general puplic park there for $35.00 aday not much of a break to there paying customers. Not very happy parking!

Comment: The hotel was extremely convenient to Fisherman's wharf and all public transportation. Rooms were very clean and nice size. Had requested a non-smoking room and had to be in different building around the corner. Just wish we would have known before we arrived.

Comment: We would stay here again. It is very conveniently located for all of the touristy things - w/in walking distance. It was clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. There are 2 buildings which we were not aware of but it is a short walk.

Comment: $32 for parking at a hotel you are staying in!! You've got to be kidding! Rooms were clean and nice, but we were put on the Denny's side and it was very inconvenient having your car down the block and around the corner from you. Good thing it did not rain. Because of parking I would not return to this hotel.

Comment: Great location (check out Cioppino's restaurant nearby), some early morning road noise, though. Staff polite and friendly. Quite expensive parking charge. Would recommend joining the Holiday Inn Priority Club to get a probable upgrade.

Comment: it was a nice hotel located a block from the Fisherman's Wharf. Cleaning staff was great. I was not impressed with the front desk though. There were a few times we called and no one answered. If you are not placed in the main hotel builing, you will have to walk about a block or two to get to the next building. Pretty good stay. Nothing out of the ordinary.

Comment: It was our last minute trip to San Francisco. We were glad to find a place to stay. The room was clean, and the staff was courteous. We were charged full price for parking even when we had the priority club. The hotel restaurant service was below average. Prices were high, and quality was below average. Beware of the shirt shop across the street from the hotel. Their prices are way high. You can find the same shirts or better a couple blocks away.

Comment: The toilet was broke, and the room had a bad air flow coming from the bottom of the unit! had to run the termostat at 77 just to keep warm. but is a great location and very friendly staff.

Comment: I don't believe that anything will be done regarding my horrible stay. However, I believe that when one asks SPECIFICALLY for a non-smoking room and a Handicapped access to the room, they should have been honored. I had three grandchildren with me and I was at all happy about the smoking smell in the room.

Comment: The hotel staff leave severything to be desired! We NEVER got the rooms we reserved and the staff couldn't care less. We were shuffled to 5 different rooms and the ONLY suitable one DIDN'T HAVE A KEY -- and they weren't too concerned about it! They said to leave our things in the room and get security to let us in when we return!!

Comment: They lie in their advertising about wireless Internet access in the room. There is no thermostat in the room, either. A/C (heating) is very noisy.
