Comment: Great location next to the Embarcadero Center. Can walk to Market Street one way and Fisher's Wharf the other.

Comment: I was impressed with the attentive staff, cleanliness and modern style from the front desk to the room --everything looked new. Wifi access in rooms + free internet terminals in lobby. Parking is $28/day at Embarcadero 1 building across the street.

Comment: If you can ignore the room size this hotel is great. Rooms are clean. Staff were friendly and most helpful (especially Hank). Free use of computer terminals and printers. Walk to Chinatown and Ferry Terminal. Transportation nearby.

Comment: My experience with the hotel is great! The staff is the best and very helpful. The location is very ideal for both business and pleasure trips. The hotel room is perfect for a single business traveler like me. It truly was a great experience staying at this hotel.

Comment: Hotel had everything needed for a comfortable and productive business stay. Elephant and Castle pub was great too (in the lobby).

Comment: I have stayed here several times and the hotel is in a great location. The hotel is good for business travelers who need a decent workspace and a place to sleep, as that's all you get. I would not recommend this hotel for vacationers who may want to spend time relaxing in the hotel room.

Comment: It is at the center of San Francisco - close to Union Square, China Town, and Pier 39. I would stay at the same hotel next time my wife and I visit San Francisco. Great and friendly hotel staffs.

Comment: Loved the location which made it very accessible to Chinatown as well as transport facilities. The rooms were clean. Free internet was a plus.

Comment: The location is great and rooms are very reasonably priced. The rooms are small and utilitarian but are perfect for a busy business person who only needs a place to sleep and check email.

Comment: This hotel was attractive and had helpful amenities (like free internet access in the common area). But there is no parking! The deck they use is $30 a day. Park at a meter (free if it's a weekend). Parking at this hotel cost us more than our rental car itself!

Comment: Very very small rooms. Staff was helpful. Hotel is clean and ok for a business trip. Would not recommend for vacation. No bells or whistles here.

Comment: The room was very small but nice and the price was unbeatable. The major flaw of this hotel is a lack of free parking. The ramp accross the street gave us incorrect information regarding the rate and we ended up paying much more than we had expected (posted rate signs were very unclear). Also, please look under your bed at check-in. We discovered a "surprise" under our bed that housekeeping had missed for at least 3 days. When it was brought to management's attention they did not appear surprised and we were offered no compensation. Kind of a bad way to end the trip.

Comment: Took the BART from SFO airport. Walked 5 short blocks to the hotel. Very easy and affordable. Hotel staff very pleasant and efficient. Room was ready for us. Location is great for walking through Union Square, China Town & Financial district. Walked all over the place. Rates very good for the area. Elephant & Chase restaurant that is attached to the hotel has poor food but cold beer!

Comment: Parking is terrible. You have to walk about a block away to park your car. It is also very expensive. About $$30/day if you want to take the car in and out of the garage. Customer service was horrible and the rooms are extremely small. For the price that you have to pay, you can easily get a much better room elsewhere in SF. Don't stay here!

Comment: We explicitly reserved a 2 bedroom, 2 bath suite, yet when we got there, one bathroom studio with a packed hotel. They said they considered it a "two room" suite and then finally blamed the reservation hotline for the mistake. We did got a second hotel room for more cash (a bait and switch?), but the snafus continued. They locked us out on the second day and then they overcharged both rooms. Lights and iron broken and the refrigerator froze our food/exploded the sparkling water and a generous two towels in the bathroom! Never again.
