Comment: This hotel has the worst matress in the world,people at the front desk were rude and they could not give us simple directions,we did not get the free breakfast that was advertised and the only nice place of the whole hotel was the pool ( that is not a big thing,but in comparison with the rest was ok) I'm sorry,can't recomend!!!!

Comment: This is a bad start or end to any holiday..the one and only thing in its favour is near to airport. The room smelt stale,holes in a shabby blanket, burns on the TV and burns on blanket. a vile smell from basin.. the reception staff rude and unhelpful, gave no info on area, or how to get to holiwood or info on tours etc. Restaurant disgusting, lobby area dreadful, windows never cleaned. cots were stored on area outside lifts ,looked like a romanian orphanage. a dreadfully run hotel .just dont go there. many other hotels near to airport.
