Comment: If you don't stay at a Disneyland hotel, this is the best alternative. They have a kiosk in the lobby where you can purchase your tickets in advance, and half hour shuttles directly to and from. They have a nice restaurant as well as a deli, a playroom for kids, and the staff were all so friendly and courteous. We really enjoyed our stay.

Comment: Our room was amazing! It was huge! We spent a ton of $ on tickets to Disneyland and HATED it! My husband, 2 boys and myself found more fun things to do at the Sheraton than we did at the park! The pool was wonderful for adults and children alike, the bar even mixed your drinks in plastic cups to take to the pool area! ;o) The coi pond, gardens, fishtanks and castle photos added a touch of whimsy!

Comment: The exterior and interior of this hotel was magnificent! The rooms were clean and spacious and the beds were the absolute most comfortable beds i have slept on in a long time. Each bed had a down comforter and 5 down pilllows. The employees were very friendly and eager to help. the only thing was that it was so close to Disneyland that when the fireworks went off, They were so loud and at first we thought we were being bombed. But other than that it was the best experience that I have ever had at a hotel.

Comment: The hotel has been renovated, and looks great! The staff is friendly and helpful. We took our two small children, and it was perfect cause there weren't a lot of people around, and the room was big! The shuttle to Disneyland takes 2 minutes! Great hotel, would stay again!

Comment: The room was ready we didn?t need to wait. All the staff was really helpful and friendly, if you don't know your way around the city they have maps and explain you how to get to you destination. We wanted to visit Huntington Beach but we didn't know how to get there, we ask for help to one of the employees in valet, he gave us a map and explain an easy way to get there so we didn't get lost and think it was an outstanding service. If I go back I will definitely stay at Sheraton

Comment: This hotel had it all. Great facilities- clean rooms, comfortable beds, beautiful courtyards and a wonderful pool. There was a cafe and full-service restaurant as well as an arcade for the kids. The service was outstanding. It was kind of confusing to get to the rooms, but a small price to pay. The shuttle was always on time and ran every half an hour. We will definately stay here again for our next trip.

Comment: WE CANT WAIT TO COME BACK TO CALIFORNIA. WE WOULD DEFINITELY STAY AT THE SHERATON AGAIN. THE ROOMS WERE SO CLEAN AND THE BEDS WERE SO COZY. IVE NEVER SLEPT SO GOOD AT A HOTEL BEFORE. SO CLOSE TO DISNEYLAND WE COULD HEAR THE FIREWORKS EVERY NIGHT. WE MISS IT SO MUCH. THE FOOD WAS EXCELLENT AND THE SERVICE WAS GREAT.

Comment: We have found through past experience of staying at other hotels around Disneyland, that this Sheraton property is the best! It makes us feel like we are already at the Magic Kingdom as the hotel looks like a castle, the rooms are very spacious and the beds are the suite sleepers - always very comfortable after a long days adventure at the Magic Kingdom. The staff and service are always pleasant - I would reccommend this property to anyone coming down to Disneyland or OC.

Comment: We stayed here for our Disneyland visit, the shuttle was great, never had to wait more than 15 minutes for it. The beds were amazing! We had five in our room and it was spacious even with a roll away bed added. We would stay here again.

Comment: We wanted a quiet get away, while attending a convention @ Disney Hotel. Sheraton Anaheim has beautiful lobby & quiet lounge w/fireplace. Rooms are large, beds are comfy. Bathroom is small but separate dressing area is great. Our room was around the courtyard-very quiet. Until the fireworks from Disney went off!..The grounds are beautiful w/fountain & koi pond. Note that there is a Sheraton Hotel-which is NOT the Sheraton Anaheim. the cabdriver left us at the wrong hotel! The Sheraton Anaheim is great!!

Comment: Check in was easy and smooth. Beds are comfortable and bathrooms are clean although tight. Rooms are large, and the courtyard rooms are the best. The grounds are pretty and nicely tended. The proximity to Disneyland was not important but good to know. The concierge needs to be informed as to waht is around, ie. nearest Starbucks, a car wash; the little things that make a difference. The staff was friendly.

Comment: This is an older hotel that has been renovated. Beautiful lobby and rooms were very spacious & clean. Beds were so comfy with nice fluffy comforter. Room service was quick. I stayed in a courtyard room and it was a nice location. Not happy about $10 parking fee,but I would definitely stay again.

Comment: This was a very nice hotel. Rooms very large but bathrooms surprisingly small, but not an issue. Although restaurant was expensive food and service were superior. Shuttle to Disneyland was convenient, only one time it was not in operation as promised but at 6:30 a.m.. Would definitely book at this hotel again.

Comment: We arrived at 3am after a long day of traveling, got a decent rate at the last minute, and collapsed into a very comfy room with great temperature control. Crib was delivered quickly, always a plus. Would stay again, especially after construction is complete - finding the entrance was a challenge.

Comment: Rough start. Didn't have our reserved room available, even though I had called to confirm knowing we would be late arrivals, in which they "guaranteed" the room. They offered a smoking room which we tried to stay in, but the smell was to much. Went back to front desk, 5 minutes later and "poof" they had a room for us. They should have tried harder the first time, after all it was 2:00am and we have small kids. The pool needs work and was not very refreshing. Shuttles were great. Stay at a cheaper, closer hotel. Same ammenities, less hassle.

Comment: The good: Huge rooms, comfortable beds (get a courtyard rooms), Shuttle, pool with laundry right next to it. The bad: Front desk staff not helpful. Overworked concierge did not know where to find things nearby. (nearest grocery store etc.) $10 parking fee. Soda machines broken, high charge to use computers in business center. Right by freeway. Overall, not a bad place but for the money and inconvenience, I would stay elsewhere. Fix the details and this would be worth the price. I was there in offseason. I can't imagine what it would be like during peak season.
