Comment: We would gladly stay at this hotel again. The only improvement I would suggest is to install a shelf or countertop for cosmetics/toiletries in the bathroom.

Comment: My family (husband, 9 & 4 year old)stayed here for 5 days to celebrate New Year's Eve at Disneyland. We were very pleased with the room and it's small frig, microwave and sofa. It worked great for us. Buffet in the hotel and good pizza place right next door. Shuttle picks you up in front of the hotel for Disneyland but close enough to walk too.

Comment: We were very pleased with this hotel, especially for the price we paid. The staff customer service was excellent. The hotel is within walking distance to Disney. The room was very spacious and clean. We would definately stay there again.

Comment: Cordial, professional staff! Not their fault that our a/c didn't work, one bedsheet was stained, and the beds were very hard :c/

Comment: The hotel staff were very nice, but the bathroom was atrocious. There was water damage and mold and no working fan. The microwave and fridge were nice touches but the excercise room was a joke. Overall, it was a decent place to sleep.

Comment: The walls of the hotel are very thin. They told us they didn't have extra pillows. The toilet was overflowing,and the beds are rock hard! We did one load of laundry. The clothes didn't come clean and there was laundry detergent still on them when they were done.listed them having complimentry breakfast but they don't. 9.95 for adults.

Comment: really very rude staff...did not want to listen to our complain. we reserved a suite and got old remodelled room with old handicap bathroom. will never ever stay at any other ramada.
