Comment: we found this hotel quite comfortable,we stayed in the kids suite,the kids loved having their own room,all of the staff was very friendly,the pool was very refreshing after a 10 hour day at disneyland it was also very nice to come back to a very tidy and clean room at the end of the day.we would not hesitate to stay at this hotel again ,in fact we are already planning next years vacation ,with our stay at this hotel longer.everything we needed was within walking distance

Comment: When my fianc?and I were trying to check into our room, they told us to come back in an hour. An hour later, a man told us to come back in ANOTHER two hours. He was very rude, and didn't bother to apologize after finding out that our room was ready. The room itself was nice, but BEWARE if you plan on using the internet. You have to hardwire into the network, and pay to use it. The rude man, said it was $10 to use between 12p and 12a, then you get charged again.

Comment: Looks great from the outside - get in the room and the suprises start.. TV? not even the local Sports channel, and what they have was fuzzy. Phone? $2 to sign it on, then a $0.50 'connection fee' and $0.50/minute for ANY call, even local?? Laundry room? dirty, 1 of 2 washers broke... kept us guessing what was going to be wrong next.. at least the staff did a good job cleaning the room.. never again.

Comment: Didnt have the room we reserved. Stuck next to the maid quarters, which apparently became a fiesta every morning at 7am. A housekeeper sat on the airconditioner of our room and had a conversation with someone at 7am. When we checked in, we went to the room and the door was wide open, with 2 hotel staff memebrs sitting on the bed watching t.v. They giggled, apologized, and walked away. The only positive thing I can say was one of the evening front desk staff memebrs was nice and polite. I would have rather put up a tent in the stawberry patch across the street.
