Comment: This hotel had a very clean room. Trolley service located right in front of hotel. Staff was very nice. Continental breakfast was nice also, muffins, fruit and juices and coffee. Would definately stay at again!! Great for families!

Comment: The general feel was that the place was dirty. I saw a roach crawl accross the front desk. Our door lock only worked half of the time and we had to call maintenannce to let us in at least once a day. One Mnts man was very rude (but the rest of the staff was very nice). The rooms were ok but I expected more from a Best Western Hotel. Very disappointed.
