Comment: I've stayed in a lot of other Best Westerns and rate them highly. Although this hotel was clean, the non-smoking room smelled smokey and didn't have internet access. On top of all this, at check-in the front desk staff was not friendly! The Anaheim Hills BW is an embarassment to the Best Western name. Unless this hotel receives a complete renovation (building AND staff), I don't see recommending this BW to anyone.

Comment: i am a professional in the customer service field. I have only 1 good thing to say about the service at this hotel, "nothing is useless, it serves as a lesson of what not to do with my customers.: i will not stay here again.
