Comment: The Hotel is old itself, but the rooms are very nice and the front desk are the best..they are very helpful and they go out of their way to make sure u enjoy ur stay.... u get what u paid for..this rooms are not hilton looking but they are comfortable and clean...I will stay at this property again the rooms are enormous and the cleanest

Comment: We booked our room from travelocity.com. Upon arrival, we were greeted by a friendly staff who helped us with our room and finding out way around town. The room itself was nice and clean. Nothing fancy, but we got what we paid for. It was a good place to relax. Walking distance from Disneyland and restaurants down the street.

Comment: The room was large, bathroom clean, but the beds were in severe need of updating. Housekeeping should be more aware of object lying on the floor when sweeping carpets.

Comment: Not horrible, but seen better days. Walking distance to DL. Hot water dissappears in morning. Rooms shabby but still comfy. Had microwave and fridge. Power went out on block, was one of two places that didn't have backup.

Comment: The walls were paper thin. The tub needed repair, one shower and out of hot water. If you just want a place to rest your head for the night this is the place, do not go for the ammenties

Comment: Though this hotel has a nice physical plant, the owners have let it get very run down-lock that don't work, broken windows, peeling wallpaper.

Comment: 1st room smelled, changed rooms. Hard bed, broken furniture, unmatching decor which I could get past. I could not get past the mildew behind the faucet, toothbrush stuck in drain and shower curtain that sticks to you when you try to shower.

Comment: Booked for 3 nights and checked out right after arrival. Total disgrace. Broken window, broken security lock, roaches in bed, carpet damp and moldy, fixtures in room moldy, mold so thick that it hurt my eyes. Totally un-inhabitable. Do not stay here.

Comment: I stay in many hotels for business puposes about 25 per year and this was without exception the filthiest most repulsive place I have ever stayed they make jokes about places like this THE NOTEL MOTEL

Comment: I wish I had read the reviews because ALL the negative ones , were right on target. Bugs in room, nasty carpet, large areas showing mold growth in bathroom & in bedroom;bdrm furniture was broken (large chunks missing), showers that had seen better days. No manager ever available, filty, filty. STAY AWAY, FAR FAR AWAY!!!! If it has a AAA rating, call AAA & so advice! We moved & American Express returned our money for the 1 day charge.

Comment: It was cheap and within walking distance, although its one block from the BACK of disneyland so its not a short walk to get in. Also, the beds were rock hard and our toilet made funny noises all night long.

Comment: The 1st room we got was horrible. We asked for a new room, and the front desk was prompt in finding a new room for us. The new room was much nicer, until you got into the bathroom. The ceiling was covered in mold, and painted over. You could tell that the ceiling had falling in at some point and they put boards up to hold the ceiling up. There were bugs in he room, and it was very hard for me to sleep in fear of the bugs. Overall, was not a good experience, and I do not recommend this hotel.

Comment: There were baby cockroaches in our room, many in the bathroom. Our door didn't close properly-you had to slam your body into it to get in then you had to yank it to get out. It was dirty, smelly and moldy. The only good thing was the closeness to Disney. Also, I highly doubt they even put anything out in the am for their "continental breakfast". HORRIBLE! DON"T STAY HERE!!!

Comment: This is one of the worst, far worse of the hotel. Here is the list: bed is hard like sleeping on the concrete. carpet is so dirty, the shower room is so dirty that when I took a shower, I tried not to touch anything. One thing that I am glad I did: I stayed there only two nights. I think that enought. I would never, ever stay there again, even if they let me stay for free. the shower room and the bed scare me enought.

Comment: Two out of three showers had little or no hot water. The ice machine was broken. The elevator squeaked outside my room. Very rough towels.
