Welcome to the Albatros in Hammamet - The Hotel is situated on the North side of Hammamet, 300 meters from the beautiful sandy beach and approximately 8km away from the centre of Hammamet. If you are looking for a friendly atmosphere, and loving sport activities, you will be entirely satisfied with the team of permanent entertainers.
The rooms provide bath, terrace or balcony, air-conditioning, telephone, fridge (with charge) and Sat-TV (showing BBC World).
The AI programme consists of breakfast (06:00-10:00), lunch (12:30-14:00) and dinner (19:00-21:00), all buffet style, served in the main restaurant. During lunch & dinner an unlimited amount of mineral water, local wines, soda, juices and cocktails is offered. Snacks such as pizza slices and cold sandwiches as well as coffee break (coffee, tea, cake, juices, ice cream for children) are available from 15:30 - 16:30. There are three bars at the hotel, the lobby bar (10:00-22:00), the pool bar (10:00-17:00, Apr-Oct) and the beach bar (serving non-bottled sodas & water during summer, 10:00-17:00). Various locally produced alcoholic drinks such as local beer and wine, sangria (local fruit alcohol drink), alcoholic cocktails based on boukha and thibarine, juices, tea, coffee, mineral water (not bottled) and sodas are served till 22:00. During the Winter season there is only one main hotel restaurant open.
Sport facilities at the hotel include archery, petanque, pedaloes & wind surfing (both subject to weather conditions / summer season), fitness, aerobics, aquatic gym, table tennis, tennis (during the day) and heated swimming pool (during winter and mid season). Full programme of sport activities is running all day long. Mini-Club and playground for the children is also available. The hotel provides an evening entertainment organized by the animation team.
An A la Carte restaurant with live Tunisian music, Turkish coffee, A la Carte BBQ (in summer), motorised water sports (only during summer season), floodlit tennis, video games, billiards, massage, Turkish bath, relaxation cure, telephone, fax, car rental, doctor, safety deposit boxes, exchange, baby sitting, hair dresser, aesthetic are available at a charge.
