Pucon tourist information
The area of Lago Villarrica comprehends the superior watershed of river Toltén, valleys and affluents like rivers Allipén, Lliucura, and Trancura, as well as lakes Huilipún, Caburga and Colico, the first lakes of a chain extending towards the south of Chile, that you can access through Paso Tromen in Argentina, or else by Carretera Panamericama or some other secondary route depending on where you are heading to. The southern coast of the lake is one of the most important touristic resorts in Chile, between Villarrica on the west and Pucón on the east.
