Pinamar tourist information
Pinamar is the top touristic city of the Atlantic Coast. It is located in Buenos Aires Province, 340 km away from " Capital Federal" surrounded by all what nature and the pioneers' tenacity have given to it - dunes, a green wood and the sea. In order to get to this beautiful place by car, you can take Nº 2 National Route or Nº 11 Provincial Route among others. You can also arrive from some cities in the country to Villa Gesell Aerodrome which is 17 km away from the city. The landscape of this region is the result of the forestation made on the choppy dunes which turned Pinamar into one of the most beautiful and exclusive cities of Argentina covered with woods of pine trees, acacias, aromos and eucaliptus. You will enjoy the practise of different water sports like windsurfing, jet skiing, wakeboarding or motorboat excursions as well as fishing from a boat or enjoying the sandy beaches where you can practise beach volleyball , 5 soccer or tennis in the nearby courts. In the outskirts of the city, you can live the adventure of horse riding, going on four wheel motorcycles or fourtrax excursions to the neighbour resorts like Ostende, Valeria del Mar or Cariló. Photo safaris are also possible in the surrounding estancias where you can observe stags, capybaras and otters. Apart from that you can enjoy an amusing golf practice in one of the best golf links of the country. Pinamar has the stamp and flavour of nature.
