Perito Moreno Tourist Information

Perito Moreno is head of the department Lago Buenos Aires, on the north west of the province of Santa Cruz, next to Río Deseado, in the crossroad of provincial route Nº 43 and national route Nº 40. It is surrounded by livestock, fine fruit, and vegetable farms. In this picturesque village you will be able to observe the fauna in Parque Laguna, with an important variety of indigenous species of birds and animals. Perito Moreno constitutes a touristic attraction for the natural beauties of Patagonian Andes.
