Minto Manitoba Tourist Information

The Rural Municipality of Minto is serenely situated between Manitoba's second largest city, Brandon, and the Riding Mountains National Park. The municipality is 144 square miles. Minto is surrounded by gently rolling hills and picturesque farmlands. The municipality is also home to a wide variety of wildlife that is native to the Parkland region. Easily accessible by the Yellowhead Trail, and Provincial Trunk Highway 10, the communities of Ameer, Bethany, Largs and Clanwilliam are the significant communities in Minto. The Town of Minnedosa, found at the heart of the municipality, is largest centre in Minto, and is a service centre for the surrounding farming communities.
