Lemi Tourist Information

Lemi´s local specialities, in addition to the traditional dish särä, include hymn singing in four voices, which you can listen to on the Hymn Day on the last Sunday of July, for example. Särä is served by arrangement at Restaurant Kippurasarvi and at the Local History Museum.

Local produce is available at the Tapulinaukio summer market on Saturdays. Traditional old-time games will take place on the Uimi sports ground on the first Sunday in July, and a week later a church festival for summer residents is held. In August it is time to enjoy the concerts of the Lemi-Lappeenranta Music Festival.

The Local History Museum is open from 1 Jun to 31 Aug.
