Forssa Finland
Forssa is a small industrial town in South Western Finland. It is loosing population and therefore its income as tax base. Further it lacks a distinctive (contemporary) urban identity. The main question for Forssa is how to start a process, which will lead to a qualitative change of the town and the way it understands itself. This is the main thought of the brief for the first SPARK workshop in a nutshell.
