Eura is a historically well known municipality offering a wide range of services and employment in Satakunta.
The centre of the district, Eura-Kauttua, has 6700 inhabitants. Other densely populated areas are the villages of Hinnerjoki, Mannila, Koskenkylä and Honkilahti. 70 % of the population is living in the Eura-Kauttua area.
Eura is the centre of services and employment for approx. 20.000 inhabitants in southern Satakunta.
