Etzikom Alberta Tourist Information
This small southern Alberta community is home to the Canadian National Historic Windmill Interpretive Centre. The centre has a collection of antique windmills and reproductions of various buildings. Nearby is the Pakowki Lake Bird Sanctuary where a variety of waterfowl including geese, ducks and pelicans may be viewed. Etzikom is named after the Blackfoot term meaning "valley."
