Cista Provo Tourist Information

This important intersection point has a long tradition of fairs and inns. Entertainment programs and sports events during weekends and holidays attract a great number of visitors from the nearby places. The local gastronomic offer includes well-known meat specialities - lamb and kid. Quality wines (Kujundzusa) and tobacco are also offered.

CISTA PROVO, a village in the region of Imotski, so-called Imotska Krajina, 18 km northwest of Imotski; elevation 260 m; population 687. Chief occupations include farming and livestock breeding. Cista Provo is located at the intersection of the main roads Sinj - Imotski and Arzano - Brela.
