Arthur Manitoba Tourist Information
The Rural Municipality of Arthur is located in the southwestern corner of the province. The communities of Coulter and Elva are the major centres in the municipality. Arthur is easily accessible by a number of provincial highways. Provincial Trunk Highway(PTH) 3 connects Arthur to the rest of western Manitoba, while PTH 83 connects Arthur to the north and continues through to the United States. Provincial Roads 251 and 452 also run through the communities. The Town of Melita is located in the northern part of the municipality, and is an important service centre for the surrounding communities.
