It’s 140 km far from Campo Grande, Mato Grosso do Sul’s capital. Known place for fishing, the city is every day more visited by those people who like to be in contact with nature. Therefore, farms on the town, inserted on the pantaneiro environment, is preparing to host visitors, organizing strolls and giving the visitors the chance to participate in quotidian activities.

Some of them are so isolated that have its own landing floor, as the only access is by airplane. That way it’s an excellent option to those who wants to know the daily activities of a real pantaneira farm. Furthermore, almost all of them offer a good structure for strolls, as special vehicles, horses and boats. Also offer equipment to sport fishing.

Besides the accommodation in farms, there are fishings that are simple housings destined for receiving fishermen. In the city center, there are conventional hotels. It has branches from the main banks and tourism agencies.

Aquidauana is 140 km far from Campo Grande, by the road BR-262. The road terminal receives buses from the capital and from cities in the state interior and from other states.
