Comment: The Hotel du Theatre is in an excellent location in Zurich's Old Town area, within walking distance of the central train station and public transportation. The standard room is small but comfortable, with modern minimalist, no frills decor. Nice breakfast available daily until mid-morning. Main downside was lack of air conditioning during unusually hot July days and street noise if windows were open.
