The Franziskaner Hotel is full of charm and atmosphere. Its central old town location, lively restaurant with Jugendstil bar, and summer terrace make it a popular place to meet. Our crew is happy to serve you either various à la carte- or daily dishes.
When you are a guest at our venerable hotel (the structure dates back to 1357!), you'll enjoy hospitality and well-being with an artistic twist.
Each guestroom has been named differently with an interior and color scheme designed to reflect the respective theme. Second-floor guestrooms are named after spices: "Curry", "Vanille", "Salbei", "Minze", "Rosmarin" and "Muskat". Flowers have inspired the guestrooms on the 3rd floor: "Rose", "Rittersporn", "Tulpe", "Gladiole", "Distel" and "Ginster". The fourth floor is marked by the earth's elements: "Erde", "Wasser", "Feuer", "Sand", "Holz" and "Metall". Quite naturally, the one room on the fifth floor is named "Luft" and features a large sun terrace.
