Comment: The Arosa and very friendly and helpful staff. It was within easy walking distance of historical sites and shopping, and close to the Madrid city tour bus line. Bar and informal food service was limited. Rooms were small, but very clean and comfortable.

Comment: This hotel looks a lot better on line. Extremly difficult to find. I call for directions and even the concierge couldn't tell me how to get there (and language was not a problem)
