The hotel is situated along the promenade close to the beach, in the midst of greenery and a beautiful, ever blossoming park. Long list of celebrities is the hotel's honour, while Metropol beach is known to be one of the best maintained beaches in Portoroand#382;.
The facilities and services include indoor swimming pool and children's pool with sun terrace, three elevators and multi-purpose room (suitable for seminars for up to 100 participants and promotional exhibitions). Designed as an amphitheatre with 220 seats, it offers a charming ambiance and features dance music and entertainment, including performances of dance groups, acrobats, magicians, etc. The programmes are selected from among the most famous European entertainment centres. Guests have free welcome drink, free admission to Grand Casino, as well as to the Night Club Metropol (first drink obligatory).
