Covenanters Inn description
A comfortable family run inn (3 stars) in the historic village of Auldearn. The Covenanters is in an ideal location to explore the magnificent scenery of the North and West Highlands, Moray, Speyside, the Cairngorms and Aberdeenshire. Situated between Inverness and the historic town of Elgin and about 8 miles to Inverness Airport.We offer a wide choice of good food. The Kiln Lounge Bar (recently refurbished) offers excellent food in historic surroundings. It is situated in the 'mill' section of the building. After eating, why not enjoy a dram at the bar or sit in the (non-smoking) conservatory and watch the sunset.Douglas, Louise and their daughters look forward to welcoming you to The Covenanters. A credit card is required as a guarantee. If the booking is not cancelled outside of the cancellation notice period, your credit card will be charged with the full amount of the booking. As from 26th March 2006, smoking is not permitted inside The Covenanters Inn. If a guest has been smoking in a bedroom, we reserve the right to charge a cleaning fee of 50. All guests are requested to leave their room key with reception when leaving the hotel premises. If guests are returning to the hotel after midnight, please inform reception so that a key for the outside door can be organised.
