Kinross tourist information
Kinross House, built by Sir William Bruce, is another example of the fine architecture in Kinross. Though not open to the public, you can appreciate it from the stately gardens - famous for their yew hedges, herbaceous borders and rose beds.
Children of all ages will be delighted with Kirkgate Park. Adjacent to Kinross House, you can try your hand at crazy golf, putting or perhaps children's trampolines.
While in Kinross take this opportunity to visit Todd & Duncan's well known Cashmere Mill where you'll be spoilt for choice by the colourful delights of their factory shop.
A cornucopia of crafts are to be found in the Kinross and Loch Leven Area; unique wood, clay and fabric at Kincraft, perfect pots at South Lissons Pottery and gifts galore at St Serf's Crafts.
